If you got recommended a sight-seeing trip then you should check out cities with a long history and deep rooted culture. Why not try a city to the Beautiful Madrid. For the most part, the weather follows a typical Mediterranean climate pattern with hot, dry summers and mild rainy winters. The best time to visit is between April and September for hot and dry weather.

However, if your shopping budget doesn’t stretch to designer labels then why not consider Manchester. Manchester is famous for its shops and especially for its large collection of jewellery shops. There are several Manchester hotels which are conveniently located near the city centre so you won’t need to walk far to begin your shopping spree! The town centre is the best place to visit for boutiques and unique items, if the weather is bad head to Manchester Arndale (the UK’s largest inner-city shopping centre) or the Trafford Centre.
